Product Return/Exchange Policy

• Ensure that your request for returns is made within the specified time period mentioned on the product page.
• Ensure the product is returned without any damage.
• Note that once the product is used it cannot be returned.
• Certain specific categories such as innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies cannot be returned.
• Make sure that the serial number of the product you wish to return has the serial number intact and that it hasn’t been tampered with.
• When returning, ensure nothing is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies and any accessories that were shipped to you.
• In general, any fragile item or hygiene-related item cannot be returned.

Keep in mind that if you received a free gift with your purchase, the gift also needs to be returned in order for your refund to be processed.
