Product Return/Exchange Policy
- Ensure that your request for returns is made within the specified time period mentioned on the product page.
- Ensure the product is returned without any damage.
- Note that once the product is used it cannot be returned.
- Certain specific categories such as innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies cannot be returned.
- Make sure that the serial number of the product you wish to return has the serial number intact and that it hasn’t been tampered with.
- When returning, ensure nothing is missing from the package including price tags, labels, original packaging, freebies and any accessories that were shipped to you.
- In general, any fragile item or hygiene-related item cannot be returned.

Keeping
the gift? That’s a no-no!
Keep in mind that if you received a free gift with your purchase, the gift also
needs to be returned in order for your refund to be processed.
